The City of Ukiah Recreation invites you to join them for the Annual 4th of July All-American Picnic in the Park at Todd Grove Park Enjoy a day full of family fun, including: Free Hot Dogs barbequed by the Ukiah Valley Fire Authority (while supplies last!) Free Swimming, Inflatables, an Art Zone. Bring your picnic blankets, your friends, and your festive spirit.
