Saturday Morning: Farm fresh bites, rise & shine yoga, followed by an optional Ayurveda workshop to learn your unique dosha and practices. Saturday Afternoon: Optional lunch, wine tasting, reflection time, garden walks, and vineyard hike. Saturday Evening: Optional early farm dinner and sunset garden walk to relaxation yoga and sound bath. Sunday Morning: Farm fresh bites, closing energizing yoga practice with breath work to reconnect and leave feeling inspired and whole.
