Celebrating over 50 years of music, Third World stands as one of Jamaica’s most iconic and longest-running reggae bands. Formed in 1973 in Kingston, they are known as the “Reggae Ambassadors” for their signature reggae-fusion sound—blending roots reggae with soul, funk, R&B, and pop to create timeless global hits.
With nine Grammy nominations and classic songs like “Now That We Found Love,” “96° in the Shade,” and “Try Jah Love,” Third World has brought reggae to audiences worldwide for decades, earning a reputation for dynamic live performances and cross-cultural appeal.
Joining them is Kumar Fyah (Kumar Bent), acclaimed former frontman of Raging Fyah and a leading voice in the modern reggae revival.
