Ukiah Contra Dance is coming again – April 12th at the Ukiah United Methodist Church Social Hall, 205 N Bush St, Ukiah. Lea Smith of Fort Bragg will bring a fun mix of dances as she teaches and calls every dance to the live music of The Flatlwheelers.
No experience is necessary because all dances are taught and no partner is needed because the tradition is to change partners for each dance. Contra Dancing is appropriate for all ages.
There is a free lesson in Contra Dance starting at 6:30PM. The dance runs from 7:00 pm til 10:00pm.
Masks optional.
Donations of non-perishable food for the Ukiah Food Bank are welcome.
